19. Check  for Readiness of shutter forms for  Release to fix reinforcement

20. Has the consultant inspected the formwork before concreting

21. Stripping time/date

Deshuttering points

1. Check whether concrete quality is free from defects after de-shuttering

2. Check condition of various parts of shuttering assembly 

3. Are repairs carried out to damaged plates and other components of shuttering assembly

4. Clean ,oil and stack shuttering material for future use
